Our Goal

Brasseur isn't interested in thousand-unit complexes, or shopping strips, or multi-national franchises. None of these define the South, and as a matter of fact they demean the South and its values, its heritage, and its culture. We will not sit idly by and watch as our beautiful Southern town is taken by franchises, outsiders, with no interests here outside of economic.

Our goal is simple, to beautify Phenix City and make it into the stunning, traditional, cultural gateway to the South that it has always deserved to be. We will never build a suburb, or a shopping strip, or a gas station, drive-thru, or any other project that does not first serve the city and its people.
